The co-working lounge also features large windows that provide abundant natural lighting to boost your productivity and help you feel more engaged. These days, to work is to Zoom. Fortunately, our co-working lounge includes four private booths with simple, tasteful accent walls that are ideal for virtual meetings that require space out of earshot of others. We have a fantastic conference room if you need to call a meeting of your fortunate five co-workers or investors. It features a decorative accent wall befitting a start-up profiled by Fast Company. 

Dog Park and Dog Spa

Beyond the obvious benefit of providing a place for your pooch to do its business, a well-maintained dog park gives dogs a safe space to exercise and roam freely. At Avida, the dog park provides plenty of space where dogs can play with friends, sniffing and wrestling to their heart’s content. Most dog owners appreciate this off-leash free time with the chance to be more active playing fetch or just ambling about together with their furry friend. Additionally, the Dog Spa at Avida offers specially designed tubs and accessories to help you keep your pup looking and feeling its best.

Do you like to spend your vacations at a resort with a fantastic pool and deck area? Imagine having such a space for your enjoyment every day. At Avida, our heated pool is available year-round, and its set of cascading fountains provides stylish pizzaz. 

A portion of the 20,000 sq. ft. deck includes a spacious artificial turf lawn perfect for sunbathing, outdoor yoga, and other workouts. Nearby overhead string lighting and a large-screen video monitor wall create a serene setting for outdoor movie night. One of our covered pavilions, private dining, and large-screen monitors is next to multiple grilling stations, making game day cookouts and other grilled entrees perfect for any friendly get-together. In the second covered pavilion, residents can shoot pool or play ping pong or, if they prefer to chill, sit by the nearby fireplace. 

Here relaxing seating abounds, with three daybeds, four cabanas, in-pool chaise lounges, and three levels of additional of chaise lounges and hammocks strung between beautiful palm trees.

Additionally, a hot tub is located conveniently near the pool and in front of the sauna. So combining a sauna and a soak couldn’t be easier

Maybe you prefer a space that feels like your own private nightclub. Avida has you covered with not one but two distinctive lounges. One features a beautiful floral ceiling covering, mosaic accent tile, and a demonstration kitchen. Perfect for hosting a variety of events. Dramatic dark navy rugs, intricate millwork, and a wet bar fill the second. So, whether you like your drinks shaken or stirred, add ice, and the party starts. As one might expect, life in Florida is never too far removed from a stylish and crystal clear pool.
